Create family time, by picking out a healthy meal and including the whole family in the preparation. This allows not only bonding time between each member, it is also a learning experience about healthy foods.
Exercise as a family. Schedule to exercise each day for 60 minutes as a family. It could be as simple as everyone helping to do housework, or going for daily walks around the neighborhood.
